This Payment Policy governs all transactions conducted on the NewReality PTC demonstration platform ("Platform"). By participating in any Pay-Per-Click activities, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions described herein.

Demo Token Currency

All payments and receipts on the Platform are made exclusively in FDK demo tokens from the NewReality™ crypto-platform. FDK tokens have no real monetary value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency or any other digital asset.

Earning FDK Tokens

Advertisers & Purchasers: Users receive or spend FDK tokens by clicking ads or purchasing ad placements per the published rates.

Rate Schedule: The current FDK token rates for clicks, impressions, and ad packages are displayed in your dashboard and may be updated by the Platform at any time.

Account Balance & Ledger

Your FDK token balance is visible in real time under the “My Wallet” section.

All token transactions (earnings, spendings, adjustments) are logged in an immutable on-platform ledger. You may review transaction history at any time.


No Cash-Out or Refunds

Since FDK tokens are purely for demonstration, there is no option to cash out or convert tokens into real currency.

All token transactions are final. The Platform does not offer refunds or reversals except in cases of technical error or fraud, at the sole discretion of the Platform.


Token Expiration & Inactivity

FDK tokens do not expire provided you log in to your account at least once every 12 months.

Accounts inactive for more than 24 months may be deactivated, and remaining token balances forfeited without notice.


Adjustments & Disputes

The Platform reserves the right to adjust token rates, correct errors, or reverse transactions in the event of system errors or fraudulent activity.

To dispute a transaction, contact [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date with relevant details.


Platform Fees

No service or processing fees are charged on FDK token transactions within the Sandbox.


Amendments

We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. The revised policy will be effective upon posting with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use signifies your acceptance of the changes.
